80 cm east is where Earth tilted between 1993 and 2010 because we pumped groundwater.
By the way, the rotational pole of the Earth can change by several meters per year due to many causes. So while this is not an alarming finding, it’s a factor to keep in mind when we extract groundwater from in our regions.
