5000 BC are the oldest known water toilets. They were located in Scotland.

By the way, sitting toilets with a drain have been around in India since 3000 B.C. Other peoples such as the Sumerians, Egyptians and Cretans are also known to have had toilets and baths. This also means that Stonehenge is younger than the toilet.
