2,44€ was the average amount of fee per m³ that German citizen had to pay for their wastewater in 2010.

By the way, that is only the wastewater. Rainwater fees and the monthly service charge have to be added. The actual price depends on the region where things like topography, geology, population density have an impact on the costs.
